- System Adaptation (10 days): Following the approval of two ministerial resolutions modifying the regulations, a ten-day period was set to adapt the algorithms of the Tu Boleto platform.
- Trial Phase (30 days): Once the technical updates are live, a 30-day trial period (“marcha blanca”) will begin to evaluate system performance, resolve potential operational issues, and ensure seamless direct purchasing.
- Formal Operations: Authorities confirmed that legitimate travel agencies and tour operators can continue operating under the same transparent conditions as individual users by submitting visitor details and completing immediate payments.

The Ministry of Culture clarified that the new digital platform regulations will not affect the in-person purchasing setup in the district of Machupicchu Pueblo:
- In-Person Quota Maintained: The daily sale of 1,000 in-person tickets at the Cultural Center in Aguas Calientes remains unchanged for visitors entering on the same day or planning their visit for the following day.
By eliminating speculative reservations, the Executive branch aims to restore equitable access for domestic and international tourists by returning unpaid tickets to the global inventory instantly.
