Choquequirao Trek

The 4-Day Choquequirao Trek is an adventure designed for those who enjoy great challenges and want to discover one of Peru’s most impressive archaeological complexes. Over four days, we’ll hike along trails surrounded by mountains, deep valleys, and breathtaking landscapes that reveal a different side of the Andes at every turn. The experience begins in Cusco and takes us toward Cachora and Capuliyoc, a privileged viewpoint overlooking the impressive Apurímac Canyon and the snow-capped mountains surrounding the area. From there, we’ll begin our journey along challenging trails, descending and climbing through different elevation zones. The great reward comes with our visit to Choquequirao, an impressive Inca citadel nestled among the mountains. After exploring this important archaeological site, we’ll begin our return journey, completing an intense and challenging experience filled with unforgettable landscapes.
